Are you studying the EFT techniques? There are a few EFT training practices that can make a huge difference.
Are you learning EFT? Would you like to be able to use these powerful techniques to create a professional practice? Interestingly, all the books you can read won't qualify you as a professional in EFT. But here are three simple EFT training tips that can make a huge difference.
The key to become qualified to practice EFT professionally is to learn a variety of techniques so you can become effective in different situations. And the secret of mastery is to practice.
What is the EFT Technique?
If EFT tapping is new to you, you're in for an eye opener that could completely change your life. EFT is a set of surprisingly fast and effective techniques that almost anyone can use to shift negative emotions. As amazing as it may appear, EFT frequently works in minutes just by tapping on a series of points on your face and upper torso.
The idea that tapping on a few points can create transformational changes is one of the amazing elements about ”tapping”.
This method, which takes just minutes to complete, can create shifts with almost any emotion and sometimes, with physical problems as well. EFT has proved to work with fear, phobias, loss, anger, performance anxiety, stress, weight management, money issues, and much, much more.
How can you master the skills?
1. Study EFT with a skilled practitioner with a proven track record. Take the time to learn all the techniques by yourself until you can do them all without thinking. You'll build confidence and as you do this, you will get rid of some old emotions while you learn.
2. Select a specific area where you would want to help others. While EFT is amazingly helpful with a wide variety of problems, you can be more effective by honing in on one subject where you believe you can help people. Pick an area where you have overcome challenges that you can describe easily.
Create a written plan for helping others with that particular issue. For instance, if you want to assist people with stress management, what items would you include in your approach to your clients? A structure will permit you to organize your EFT sessions and optimize your results.
Ask yourself the following questions:
* What are the necessary elements in a session or series of sessions for this issue?
* How many meetings would you suggest for the best results?
* What would you want to cover in these consultations?
* What would you ask your clients to do at home to continue to change their lives for the better?
3. Find some people with the issue you want to target and volunteer to assist them. Don't know where to find them?
There may already be a group in your area that helps these people. One of the best places to find them is www.meetup.com, where people create groups on practically any topic. And if there isn't already a group that meets on your subject, all you have to do is create one. In practically no time, you could have access to some men and/or women who are seeking the exact solutions you want to offer.
Another wonderful thing about this kind of group is that you will be creating a list to contact when you finish your EFT training. They may become clients and/or provide referrals when the time comes for you to open your own professional practice.Want to Find Out More About EFT Training?
